Summary Statement:
Senior executive wanted to manage large workforce services contract serving over 20k individuals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or higher
- At least 10 years of executive-level management experience related to human services, vocational rehabilitation, and disability programs in the for-profit, quasi-governmental and/or government sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of the federal, New York state and New York City laws, regulations, and policies governing human services, vocational rehabilitation, and disability programs.
- Dynamic personality with superior public speaking, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build strong productive relationships with clients and partners.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for service delivery accountability, oversight and management of the program's operational and organizational activities; provide executive level organizational leadership by representing the company before our Customer, subcontractor agencies, all levels of government, quasi-government entities, and other relevant program stakeholders. Additionally, he/she will provide strategic and systematic guidance and direction to program department managers regarding effective management practices and resource allocation to meet contractual obligations and performance objectives. The critical functions of this position will include Operational Management, Program Oversight, Client and Partner Relations, and Organizational Leadership.
