Organizational Effectiveness
LPD’s Products and Consulting staff helps agencies drive systemic and systematic organizational change through the following products and services:
- 1:1 Consulting – Services customized to help individual state agencies, local agencies, or agency strategic partners (e.g., association of county administrators, training center at a university) identify organizational strengths and gaps and plan, implement and monitor organizational change. Examples of consulting projects include supervisory development, executive team development, training audits, and workforce and Human Resources functional capacity enhancement.
- OE Institutes – Intensive group programs that combine in-person seminars, 1:1 coaching and consulting, and learning-by-doing to give human services executives the tools and support to drive lasting change in their agencies. APHSA’s next institute, focusing on Data and Analysis, is scheduled to begin in Fall 2007. More details are coming soon.
- Virtual Consultant ® Organizational Self-Assessment – A web-based questionnaire that simultaneously build awareness of effective practices and probes for current practice within the agency. Upon completion, users receive data and analysis that helps them interpret the findings, place them in their specific agency context, and begin translating the findings into specific change plans. Scheduled to be released Fall 2007. More details are coming soon.
