APHSA & Progress Webinar: Agile & Efficient Citizen Services – The Power of an Enterprise Business Rules Engine

Webinar Archive

With the goal to provide better citizen services, many states are leveraging technology across multiple systems. One such technology is a business rules engine, used to automate regulatory business rules. Under the A-87 Exception, states can take advantage of enhanced federal funding to purchase a business rules engine, and leverage this investment across multiple programs like Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare, Child Support, aging and more.  On this webinar, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration will show how they are using business rules engine technology for MAGI processing and Medicaid Administration  as well as discussing opportunities to extend technology into new program areas. This session will also discuss best practices for enterprise-wide business rules management.
