For over 40 years, the ISM Conference has served as the nation’s best forum for addressing how technology can be utilized to streamline business processes and improve automated support of Health and Human Services programs. ISM brings together federal, state, local and private sector thought leaders to discuss lessons learned, emerging issues and key trends.
ISM 2014 features numerous sessions focused on subject matter that is timely and relevant to today’s public sector, child care, child support, child welfare, early learning, healthcare, SNAP, and WIC, etc. decision-makers. The conference agenda has been designed to cover the latest technological advancements, business solutions, and improvements in the context of the programs you administer. ISM 2014 will help health and human services decision-makers meet the challenges of agency transformation by covering targeted content across six distinct themes (New Service Delivery Models, Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies, Health Care Reform, Governance, and Best Practices), that are vetted at work sessions led by your peers who have real world experience with these and other technologies.
The conference presents important updates on IT trends and innovations. Speakers represent state and county governments, industry experts, federal program officials, and Congressional staff. Working collaboratively with the private sector, the ISM Board strives to develop a non-sales, information oriented agenda that addresses topical issues and challenges facing our membership.
